Never Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes the following privacy policy ("Policy") regarding the handling of privacy information in the "ImagePromptLab" application (the "Service").

Definition of Personal Information

"Personal Information" refers to information that can identify a specific individual, such as name, address, phone number, or email address.

Information Collected

To provide, operate, and improve the Service, the Company collects the following information:

• Device information (OS type, device identifier, etc.)
• Service usage history (launch times, operation history, purchase history, etc.)
• Usage data collected via Google Analytics (e.g., number of users, screen views; not linked to personally identifiable information)
• Information provided when making inquiries (e.g., email address)
• Status of temporary files created as part of app operation (the contents themselves are not collected)

The Service does not upload generated images or user-entered prompts (collectively, "Generated Data") to the Company's servers. Generated Data is, in principle, stored locally on the user's device.

Generated Data Handling

Generated Data is stored on the user's device and is not automatically transmitted to the Company's servers.

API Keys and Requests to External Services

• API Keys configured by the user for each AI service provider are securely managed in the device Keychain and are not sent to the Company's servers.
• The Service sends requests directly from the app to each AI service provider's API to generate images.
• Information sent to external APIs mainly includes the prompt entered by the user, generation-related configuration values, and any image data provided by the user for editing—limited to what is necessary for generation.

Compliance with AI Service Providers' Privacy Policies

The Service uses external AI service provider APIs. Users must comply with each provider's privacy policy and related terms. Refer to the following:

Purpose of Use

Collected information is used for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service
• To guide and support users
• To enhance the convenience and quality of the Service

Provision to Third Parties

The Company will not provide Personal Information to third parties without the user's consent, except as required by law.

Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion

When a user requests disclosure, correction, or deletion of their Personal Information, the Company will respond promptly within a reasonable scope.

Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be changed without prior notice to users. Any changes will be notified within the app or by another method separately designated by the Company.
